Initially you need to fill out the form below to make sure the date and time you want is available. We will then email you a draft of our service agreement with your event information pre-filled - which will need to be signed, scanned and returned via email or mailed USPS.
A 10% deposit ($100 minimum) will be due along with the service agreement, which can be paid by emailing a credit card authorization form, or you can mail us a check via USPS. Once this is received and processed, the agreement signed by both parties and an invoice showing the deposit has been paid will be emailed back to you, confirming your reservation. Dates cannot be held or confirmed until you receive this confirmation.

- Confirm the area you would like with snow is accessible by a large ice truck, with 12 ft clearance and paved surfaces
- Schedule a free site survey if desired, to prevent delays the day of the event
- Complete the contact form below to speak with a Mireles representative
- Check with a Mireles Ice representative to confirm availability
- Confirm the time, date and completion time for the party
- Download, sign, and return the Snow Agreement and Snow Slide Rules from below
Finally, Confirm a specific time and date with a 30% deposit check or credit card
